A relaxed, no-pressure meeting where we get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit. This is your space to ask questions and share what support would feel best for you.

 

Two Prenatal Meetings 

Together, we will:

• Create a personalized birth plan

• Practice comfort measures and pain-management positions

• Explore relaxation and coping techniques

• Talk through any questions, hopes, or fears you may have

• continuous support via text, email or phone from the time of contract signing.

Ongoing Support

Unlimited support via text, email, or phone from the time your contract is signed. I’m here when questions come up or reassurance is needed.

Continuous Labor & Birth Support
I provide continuous, hands-on emotional and physical support throughout your labor and birth, advocating for your needs and preferences every step of the way.

First Moments Photography 
If desired, I can capture gentle photographs of your baby’s first moments — preserving those early memories without intrusion.

Postpartum Support Visit
One postpartum visit focused on helping you feel grounded and supported as you settle into parenthood. Support may include:

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Sibling care

• Emotional support

• Lactation support
