about me
I’m a DONA-certified doula with a deep passion for empowering people to trust their bodies and their instincts.
I grew up caring for others and have always been transfixed by the birthing process. I coached my sisters through their births and felt an early calling to birth work. My first real job was as a daycare helper at twelve, and for many years after that, I continued nurturing others through art and music. Though I spent twenty years feeding souls creatively, the pull toward birth work never quieted.
After serving as a surrogate, I realized I could no longer ignore that calling. I stepped away from the arts and fully committed to becoming a birth doula.
I specialize in supporting birthing people who have experienced trauma and need extra care throughout pregnancy and birth, as well as those who require strong advocacy. I also have experience caring for medically fragile babies and multiples. Above all, I strive to help new parents feel confident, supported, and grounded as they step into their new roles — and to ensure new moms feel deeply cared for.
I live in Victoria, Minnesota with my husband, Micah, our two daughters, Emilia and Eleanor, and a veritable menagerie of furry and scaly critters.
